Update on “User Data Missing” error

Several people have experienced a problem when linking their Jumpcut accounts to Yahoo! IDs. The specific error message was “User Data Missing.”

We’ve identified the cause of the problem (special characters in Yahoo! IDs) and it will be fixed on jumpcut.com this evening.
