Your submitted movie doesn’t appear in a group

If you submitted a movie to a group, and it does not appear in the group immediately, then the group is moderated. This means the owner of the group will have to approve the movie before it appears in the group. You can always leave a comment on the group page asking the moderator to approve your submission.

    Hi. I send my video “Isaac Newton” in 7 may for big shot in cannes.
    It never appear on the list, but i can see my clip on my account page.
    I try to go on my personal page but i read that i have some problem with my username or mail.

    It’s very important for me to know if my video is in the competition!!
    Please, please, let me some explanation about this problem.
