Some of my Flickr sets don’t show up

If you use HTML in your flickr set names, they will not appear in the list of Flickr sets during import. To correct this, remove the html from your flickr set names, then attempt to import from Flickr again.

    i have the same problem. All of my sets get uploaded but at least 70 percent of the pics are not imported. so i deleted all of my pics again but somhow i can not delete my empty sets.
