Movies aren’t playing at all (black screen)
If movies aren’t playing, it may be due to a cached file on your computer. To fix this problem, clear the cached browser files:
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Internet Options. Click the Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet files section.
In Firefox, click Tools, then Options. Click the Privacy section, then the Cache tab. Click the Clear Cache Now button.

I tried both recommendations for what to do when I get a black screen. (Internet Explorer and Firefox). Neither worked. I get the audio track when I play the movies but the screen is still black. What do I do?
