Audio is being removed from my mobile video

If you’ve uploaded a mobile video file and the audio was removed from the clip, most likely this is because your device is using the 3G2 video format. This format uses a Qualcomm audio format we don’t support yet. The clips will still play correctly, but there will be no audio.

We hope to be supporting videos with this format very soon.
